If you are just needing someone to talk to, advice, or maybe you need a little quite time, so that you are able to rest . I would be more than happy to listen, or even come sit with the baby for a couple of hours . I know that having a new baby can be overwhelming and challenging at times. I'm here to help however I can.!
Alternative Advice
Rather this is your first baby or your tenth baby I truly believe that a mother should take care of herself and her baby in most natural way possible. From eating right to maintaining a healthy life balance. If you are needing help with this please don't hesitate to ask, we will come up with a plan that works for you and baby!
Birth Doula
A Birth Doula provides emotional, physical and educational support to a mother that is expecting. A Doulas purpose is to make sure that mom has a wonderful and memorable birth. Doulas are a childbirth companion.
